Landing Page Design Services in Mumbai
Landing page design costs ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 and takes three to five days. A landing page is not a small website. It has one job, one action, and no navigation to distract from it — and it exists because sending paid traffic to your homepage wastes a meaningful share of every rupee you spend on ads.
If you are running Google Ads or Meta Ads to a homepage, you are paying for clicks that land on a page built to serve every visitor equally. A landing page matched to the ad that produced the click will almost always convert better, and it makes your ad spend measurable rather than notional.
Key takeaways
- One page, one action. No menu, no “explore our services”, no five competing calls to action.
- Message match is the highest-leverage variable. The headline should echo the ad the visitor clicked, near-verbatim.
- Tracking has to be wired before the campaign starts, not bolted on after the first ₹40,000 is spent blind.
- Landing page quality affects your Google Ads costs, because Quality Score factors landing-page experience into what you pay per click.
- One page per campaign, not one page for all of them. Separate offers deserve separate pages.

Why not just use your homepage
A homepage is built for an audience that arrives with unknown intent — some want your services, some want careers, some are existing customers looking for a phone number. So it hedges. It presents everything, prioritises nothing, and offers a navigation menu specifically so people can go elsewhere.
Paid traffic is the opposite. You know precisely what the visitor searched, which ad they clicked, and what they want. Every element that does not serve that one intent is a leak.
| Homepage | Landing page | |
|---|---|---|
| Audience | Mixed and unknown intent | One known intent, from one ad |
| Navigation | Full menu — many exits | None, or a single anchor link |
| Calls to action | Several, competing | One, repeated |
| Headline | Brand positioning | Echoes the ad the visitor clicked |
| Content | Broad overview of everything | Only what supports this one decision |
| Measurement | Hard to attribute | One conversion, cleanly attributable |
| Cost to build | Part of a full site | ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 standalone |
Anatomy of a page that converts
- Headline that matches the ad. If the ad said “Modular Kitchens in Thane from ₹85,000”, the headline says something very close. A visitor who has to reconcile a mismatch has already half-decided to leave.
- A subhead that adds the specific, not a restatement — the timeline, the guarantee, the coverage area.
- The primary action, visible without scrolling. A call button, a WhatsApp button, or a short form. On mobile this means it is in the first screenful, not below a full-height hero image.
- Proof immediately after. Real photographs of real work, genuine reviews, credentials, certifications. Not stock imagery and not invented statistics.
- The offer stated plainly, including price or a price range wherever you are willing to publish one. Pages that state prices convert better in most Indian consumer categories because they pre-qualify.
- Objection handling. The three or four things people actually hesitate over, answered directly. This is what the FAQ section is for, and it belongs on the page rather than a separate one.
- A short form. Name, mobile, and one qualifying field. Every additional field costs completions, and asking for an email when you will call anyway is a needless obstacle in India.
- The action repeated, mid-page and at the end, so a convinced reader never has to scroll back up.
- Trust signals near the form — your address, GST number, a real phone number. Anonymous forms make Indian buyers cautious, and reasonably so.
- Nothing else. No blog links, no social feeds, no “about us” detour, no newsletter popup fighting the form.
The single most common failure we see on Mumbai landing pages is a hero image that fills the entire first screen on mobile. It looks impressive in a desktop mockup. On a phone it means the visitor arrives, sees a photograph and a headline, and has to scroll before discovering there is anything to do. A large share never scroll. Put the button in the first screenful and let the photograph earn its place further down.
Pricing
| Scope | What it includes | Price (ex-GST) | Timeline |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single landing page | Copy, design, build, mobile optimisation, form, WhatsApp and call buttons, conversion tracking | ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 | 3–5 days |
| Landing page set | Three to five variants for different campaigns or services, sharing one design system | ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 | 1–2 weeks |
| Page plus thank-you and tracking setup | The above with GA4 events, Google Ads and Meta conversion tags, and call tracking configured | ₹18,000 – ₹32,000 | 4–7 days |
| A/B test variant | A second version of an existing page for testing headline, offer or form length | ₹6,000 – ₹12,000 | 2–3 days |
| Existing page audit and rebuild | Diagnosis of why the current page is not converting, then a rebuild | ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 | 4–7 days |
Excludes GST and ad spend. If you also need the campaigns run, that is a separate Google Ads engagement. Broader website pricing is on the website design cost in Mumbai page.
Tracking and measurement
A landing page without conversion tracking is an expensive guess. Every page we build launches with all of this configured and tested:
- GA4 with a defined conversion event for form submission, and separate events for call-button and WhatsApp-button taps.
- Google Ads conversion tracking, imported so the campaign can optimise toward actual leads rather than clicks.
- Meta pixel with a Lead event, if you are running Meta Ads.
- A distinct thank-you page, because a conversion that fires on a hidden div is harder to verify and easier to break.
- Call tracking where volume justifies it, so phone leads are attributable rather than invisible.
- UTM discipline, so you can tell which ad group and which creative produced each lead.
- Test submissions made before launch, verifying the lead reaches the inbox and the conversion registers.
- A weekly number you can read — cost per lead by campaign. If your agency cannot show you that, you do not know whether your advertising works.

Quality Score and ad costs
Google Ads assigns a Quality Score based partly on landing-page experience, and that score influences both your ad position and what you pay per click. So a good landing page does not only convert more of the traffic you buy — it can reduce what the traffic costs. The landing-page factors that matter:
Relevance to the query
The page should be about the thing that was searched. A generic services page behind a specific keyword is penalised on both cost and conversion.
Load speed on mobile
Slow pages lose visitors before render and drag on Quality Score. Compressed images, no unnecessary scripts, minimal fonts.
Transparency
Real business details, contact information, privacy policy. Google explicitly considers whether a page is trustworthy and clear about who is behind it.
Easy navigation to the action
The visitor should never wonder what to do next. Ambiguity reads as a poor experience to both the user and the algorithm.
Mistakes that waste ad spend
- One landing page for every campaign. If you advertise modular kitchens and full home interiors, those are two pages. Shared pages dilute message match on both.
- The full site menu left on the page. You paid for that click. Do not offer six ways to wander off.
- A form with nine fields. Every field you add loses completions. Ask for what you need to make the first call, and gather the rest on the call.
- Sending ad traffic to a page that is not indexed or is blocked — which happens more often than you would think when a page is built on staging and never fully released.
- No mobile testing on real data. Most Indian paid traffic is mobile. Test it on a mid-range Android on 4G.
- Conversion tracking added weeks after launch, so the first phase of spend is unmeasurable and the campaign optimises on nothing.
- Invented statistics and fake urgency. “1,00,000 happy customers” and a countdown timer that resets on refresh damage trust with exactly the sceptical buyer you are trying to convince.
- No thank-you page, making conversions harder to verify and remarketing harder to build.
- Never testing anything. One headline test on a page receiving real traffic will teach you more than a month of opinions.
Types of landing page
Lead generation
The most common: a form or call button for services where the sale happens on a call. Interiors, healthcare, education, professional services, industrial enquiries.
Click-to-call
For businesses where nobody fills forms — trades, emergency services, repairs. The whole page is built around one tap on a phone number.
WhatsApp-first
Increasingly the highest-converting format in India. A single button opening a pre-filled message, because buyers will message when they will not fill a form.
Event or webinar registration
Short, date-led, with a form that captures only what registration needs.
Product or offer page
For a single product or seasonal offer, with the checkout or enquiry path uncluttered by the rest of the catalogue.
Lead magnet download
Brochure, price list or guide behind a short form. Works well for industrial and B2B buyers who want specifications before speaking to anyone.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a landing page cost in Mumbai?
₹12,000 – ₹25,000 for a single page including copy, design, build, mobile optimisation, form, WhatsApp and call buttons and conversion tracking. A set of three to five campaign variants is ₹30,000 – ₹60,000, and an A/B test variant of an existing page is ₹6,000 – ₹12,000. Excludes GST and ad spend.
How long does it take to build a landing page?
Three to five days for a single page, four to seven days if full tracking setup and a thank-you page are included, and one to two weeks for a set of variants. Faster than a website because the scope is genuinely one page with one job.
What is the difference between a landing page and a website?
A website serves visitors with mixed intent and offers navigation so they can explore. A landing page serves one known intent from one ad, has no navigation, and asks for exactly one action. Using a homepage for paid traffic wastes a meaningful share of your spend because the page is built to serve everyone equally rather than convert this specific visitor.
Do I need a separate landing page for each campaign?
Yes, wherever the offers differ. Message match — the page headline echoing the ad that was clicked — is the highest-leverage variable in landing-page performance, and a shared page cannot match two different ads. One page per offer, not one page for the account.
Can a landing page improve my Google Ads costs?
Yes. Google Ads factors landing-page experience into Quality Score, which influences both ad position and cost per click. Relevance to the searched query, mobile load speed, transparency about who you are, and a clear path to the action all count — so a better page can both convert more and cost less per click.
Should the landing page have my navigation menu?
No. You paid for the click; a menu offers the visitor several ways to leave without acting. At most, use anchor links that scroll down the same page. This is the easiest improvement to make to most existing landing pages.
How many fields should the form have?
As few as let you make a useful first call — usually name, mobile number and one qualifying question. Every extra field loses completions. Asking for an email when you intend to phone is a needless obstacle in the Indian market, and asking for an address before you have spoken to anyone is worse.
Is WhatsApp better than a form for Indian traffic?
In many consumer categories, yes — a large number of buyers who will not complete a form will happily send a WhatsApp message. The best-performing pages usually offer both: a short form for people who prefer it, and a prominent WhatsApp button with a pre-filled message for those who do not.
Do you set up the conversion tracking?
Yes, as part of every page: GA4 with defined conversion events, separate events for call and WhatsApp taps, Google Ads conversion import, Meta pixel Lead event where relevant, a distinct thank-you page, UTM structure, and test submissions verified before launch so you know the lead reaches your inbox and the conversion registers.
Can you also run my Google Ads campaigns?
Yes — Google Ads management is one of our services and it is a separate engagement from the page build. We are also happy to build the page while your existing agency runs the campaigns; in that case we will hand over the tracking documentation so nothing breaks between us.
Where does the landing page live?
Usually as a page on your own domain, which is best for trust and for Quality Score. A subdirectory such as yoursite.com/offer-name works well. We avoid separate domains for landing pages because they start with no trust signals and look, to a cautious buyer, exactly like something to be cautious about.
Why is my existing landing page not converting?
In our experience the usual causes, in order: the button is below the first screenful on mobile, the headline does not match the ad, the form asks for too much, there is no real proof on the page, it loads too slowly on mobile data, or the navigation menu is offering easy exits. An audit and rebuild is ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 — send the URL and the ad copy and we will tell you which of those it is.
